History

Berolina GmbH was founded in 1983 in Berlin and has operated as a family business since 1986. It has its headquarters in Keltern, just a few kilometres from the ‘Golden City’ of Pforzheim.

Berolina GmbH has developed to become a reliable, service-oriented and skilled partner and supplier to goldsmiths, designers, jewellery manufacturers and jewellers and provides premium quality semi-finished products as part of a full-service – all the day-to-day requirements of a workshop and studio. In the field of precious metals recycling, Berolina has been sparkling for more than 30 years, delighting its customers with a perfect and reliable value creation and value retention chain from the end user via the jeweller to the waste facility and back.

Through continuous further development and by adapting to market circumstances, a second branch was opened in 2014 in Rheinstetten to meet increasing demands.

Berolina GmbH is a member of the German coins association (Münzverband) and a member of the precious metals professional association (Fachvereinigung Edelmetalle).

Since 1995, Berolina GmbH has constantly attended trade fairs, for example Inhorgenta Munich, stands at the jewellery and watches trade fair in Basel, JGF New York, Pretiosa Vienna and in 2014 we were present at the first JGF Europe trade fair in Freiburg.
